This romantic and intimate wedding venue is a grade II listed 18th century coaching Inn situated in the beautiful Nidderdale valley in the [Yorkshire Dales National Park](https://www.yorkshiredales.org.uk). Nidderdale was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1994 and it certainly deserves this accolade. To get to the village of Timble, I drove some beautiful country lanes high up on the [Yorkshire](https://kmattssonphotography.com/ "Yorkshire") moorlands. It was actually late October but it could not have been better weather, it was sunny with blue skies all day long. This is such a lovely setting for a wedding. The Inn is known for its tranquil location, stunning views and fabulous food. Since photographing this day I did make a mental note to go back there sometime with my husband to try the food which looked delicious! The inn actually has a very unique little old chapel onsite. You would not notice it as you walk past because it looks like a regular house from the road . However, inside it is surprisingly cute and modern with rustic touches. Gina and Rob had a lovely wedding ceremony. Gina looked stunning walking down the sunny country lane with her father to the chapel. As she entered the chapel she had such a smile on her face and Rob looked so happy to see her. The ceremony went really well and the couple walked out to much applause and were completely showered with confetti. They then made their way back to the inn for canapés and champagne. The whole day was infused with a beautiful autumn golden light, so we took the opportunity to get some lovely couple portraits up on the moors. Gina and Rob walked hand in hand down the quiet country lanes with the sun setting in the background. It was a lovely moment to photograph and the light was just beautiful. After the couple returned to the Inn they listened to a few speeches by family and friends which were all very funny and moving. I left the party as they were sitting down for dinner in the gorgeous cosy Timble Inn interior. This was a lovely intimate family wedding at the Timble Inn and I enjoyed photographing every minute of it.
