We had a fabulous wedding day at Dunedin Country House with Stephanie & Arron. I photographed Stephanies brother’s wedding earlier this year so it was great to see a lot of the same friendly faces again! I turned up to the bride’s family home in Hessle to be greeted by a house full of bridesmaids, family and friends all mulling about getting ready for the big day. Stephanie and the girls were in fabulous spirits and they were soon dressed and ready to go. Stephanie’s Dad was particularly proud when he saw her for the first time in her dress.

Dunedin Country House is a late Georgian, early victorian Manor House in the village of Patrington close to the East coast, just beyond Hull. The house has beautiful interiors with striking chandeliers and lovely landscaped gardens. Arron and his groomsmen were meeting up at the house for a couple of beers and a few photographs before the bride’s arrival. They had perfect weather which luckily enough stayed like that for the whole day.

We took a few couple portraits in and around the venue before the guests were called in to the wedding breakfast and the speeches. The speeches were all fabulous, very amusing but also very hearfelt and there were a few tears all around but also plenty of laughter. Soon it was time for the first dance and Arron did a fabulous job of whisking his bride around the dancefllor. When I left all the guests had joined in and were rocking the night away.

It was a fabulous wedding with a great atmosphere. A huge congratulations to Stephanie and Arron and thank you for choosing me as your Dunedin Country House Wedding photographer. All the best for your future lives together. For further information please see the bottom of the post.
